Terms of Sale & Refund Policy

These terms apply to all applications published by JK-Hosting, including Beam (Android TV) and Glide (Android phones, tablets and foldables), and any future apps sold through our checkout.
The product
Our apps are downloadable Android applications supplied as digital content. Each purchase is a one-time payment for a personal-use licence — there is no subscription. The apps currently sold are Beam (Android TV, Android 8.0 or newer) and Glide (Android phones, tablets and foldables).
Payments and invoices
Purchases are processed by Stripe as merchant of record (Stripe Managed Payments). Your payment, receipt, and invoice are issued through Stripe, and applicable VAT or sales tax is included in the price shown at checkout.
Delivery
Delivery is immediate. As soon as your payment completes you are redirected to a personal download page offering the app build for your device. Each purchase includes up to 5 downloads within 7 days of purchase. If your link expires or you run out of downloads through no fault of your own, reply to your receipt email and we'll restore access.
Right of withdrawal (EU/UK)
By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK regulations. This consent is collected as a checkbox at checkout.
Refunds
Because delivery is immediate, refunds are not owed once the content has been supplied. That said: if the app fails to run on a compatible device, contact us within 14 days of purchase (reply to your receipt email) — we'll work with you to fix it, and refund you if we can't. Duplicate or unauthorised charges are always refunded. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights regarding faulty digital content.
Licence
One purchase covers installation and personal use on your personal devices within your household. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the app, the APK files, or your download link.
